All of our orders will ship via UPS Ground. Oversized orders, due to size or weight, may be shipped out via UPS Freight.
If you live outside of the continental United States please contact our customer service team to discuss shipping options.
Pricing is based off of current UPS Shipping rates plus any additional handling fees.
Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free shipping.
Certain items do not qualify for free shipping including but not limited to: furniture, paper trimmers, stools, chairs, clay, plaster, modeling materials, paper, kraft rolls, display rolls, hazardous materials (rubber cement, ammonia, solvents, etc.) and oversized items.
While our online calculator is generally accurate, certain combinations of items may yield an inaccurate shipping total. If that is the case, a member of our customer service team will contact you with an updated total and instructions on how to proceed.
The carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of your order and must be notified immediately of any damage. Hold all cartons and merchandise for carriers inspection. We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in filing claims for loss or damage; however, we are not responsible for the collection of claims or replacement of merchandise.
