HAND HELD MAT CUTTER SERIES 4000 The Logan 4000 Original is the possibly world’s most advanced hand-held mat cutter. It features a “pivot and pull” blade action, start and stop indicator to control overcuts and a marker bar system to speed up the process of marking borders. Includes Logans patented blade slot to prevent flex for straighter cuts. Can be upgraded to use with Logan Adapt-a-Rules, Compact and Simplex cutting boards. Includes five extra blades. Uses Logan #270 blade.
