The Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils contain a high level of pigments with excellent lightfastness; only minimal fixing is needed to retain their colorÂ’s vividness. They are wax and oil-free, and can be easily smudge to create fine color transitions. They are great for fine and elaborate details.
