These 3/4” scale kits for a two bedroom home with a Hip or Truss roof teach sound wood frame construction in accordance with accepted building codes. The builder(s) learn the fundamentals of house framing while sitting at a table. The kit comes complete with micro-cut balsa wood, cutting tools, measuring tape, layout pencil, nails, custom miter fixture, instruction booklet, nine working drawings and a work base that doubles as a foundation for the completed model. All of the walls can be framed right on their patterns on the work drawings, the completed model includes a bathroom, kitchen, hallway and dining and living rooms. Foot pad - approx. 1-1/2’ x 2’.
