Handy Art® Liquid Watercolors are concentrated liquids that provide deep color strength straight from the bottle. Transparent colors and washes can be achieved by diluting with up to 4 parts water. Handy Art® Liquid Watercolors are washable and will launder out of most fabrics and surfaces. Some colors will fade over time as these are dye based, not pigment based colors. Handy Art® Liquid Watercolors are certified AP non-toxic.
