Speedball® Diazo Photo Emulsion products produce sharp, high quality images. The Photo Emulsion method of screen printing is one of the most exciting techniques. It makes possible the printing of fine line drawings, photographic and type images. You can use transparencies produced with easy to use computer software programs and copiers. Diazo Pho to Emulsion has a three month shelf life once mixed when stored in a plastic bag and refrigerated. It is mixed using the Photo Emulsion and the Diazo Sen sitizer. The Diazo Sensitizer is a paste type product and requires water mixed with it before applying it to the Photo Emulsion. (Sensitizer bottle will appear empty - simply follow the directions on the bottle) It is recommended to expose your images on the screen, use a 25 watt incandescent bulb in subdued light.
