Soft Gels are thinner than Golden Heavy Body Acrylic colors and can be poured from the jar. When mixed with a small amount of color, they produce a brilliant glaze. Soft gel can be used as a base for the wet blending of color and also as a glue for collage work. Soft Gel Gloss may be thinned with water and brushed on as a non-removable isolation coat before a final removable varnish is applied. They dry translucent.
