High Solid Gels are similar in body to the Extra Heavy Gels. Because they contain less water and more acrylic solids, they shrink less than other gels. High Solid Gels blend well with colors and will retain brush strokes upon drying. This nature is helpful for painters looking for acrylic paints to behave more like an oil paint. Gloss offers high gloss finish.
